Returns
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in new condition. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all DOG Fire grills. Do not send your purchase back without prior return authorization. For return authorization, contact info@dog-fire.com.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted; any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items are eligible to be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info@dog-fire.com for exchange instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. On all items where shipping was prepaid or included, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Any shipping cost incurred by DOG Fire will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
