Smokey spareribs


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3-4 lbs – good quality Spare ribs
  • 2 tsp – Salt
  • 1 tbs – Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup – Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1/2 Cup – Honey

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Set your DOG on fire!
  2. Season ribs with salt and pepper
  3. Smoke indirect with apple wood at 300º for 3.5 hours on your DOG.
  4. Combine mustard and honey and mix thoroughly.
  5. Baste ribs with Honey Mustard sauce at 3.5 hours and then again at 3.75 hours
  6. Continue to cook ribs to the 4 hour mark or until tender.
